By purchasing products from NeNiKaar, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website or associated sales channels.
2. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Due to hygiene and sanitation considerations, we do not accept returns or refunds once a purchase has been completed, except in cases outlined in the Returns and Exchanges section below.
3. Jewellery Care and Liability
NeNiKaar jewellery must be handled with proper care. We are not responsible for damage, discoloration, or tarnishing caused by exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, chemicals, or other liquids. Customers are advised to avoid such exposure to preserve the quality and finish of the jewellery.
4. Incorrect or Dissatisfactory Orders

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by NeNiKaar and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, the exchange will be approved. Product exchanges are free of charge, excluding shipping costs.
